Returns & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

LicenceForge is a downloadable digital product (a WordPress plugin). Because digital products can be copied and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

2. No Refunds After Download

Once the Software has been downloaded or your licence key has been used to activate the plugin, we are unable to offer a refund. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

This policy is in accordance with the EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), Article 16(m), which permits the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement.

3. Before You Purchase

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before buying, we recommend that you:

• Read the product documentation thoroughly to understand features and requirements.
• Review the feature list on our homepage to ensure it meets your needs.
• Check the FAQ section for answers to common questions.
• Verify that your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements (WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+).
• Contact us with any pre-sales questions — we are happy to help.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy after download, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the Software twice, contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase for a refund of the second charge.
• Technical impossibility: If the Software is fundamentally incompatible with a standard hosting environment and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your licence key will be immediately deactivated. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly.

6. Price & Licence Guarantee

Your one-time purchase includes:
